Sarah Saeed is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Adler University.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, Sarah offers a culturally sensitive approach to therapy. She works with clients who are ready to address depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, and parenting challenges. Sarah provides a warm, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can flourish.

With over eight years of experience, Sarah has extensive expertise in assessment and counselling for individuals, couples, and families. She draws from evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, within an eclectic and personalized approach. Sarah is passionate about empowering clients to discover their strengths and build resilience on their journey toward well-being.
