Hannah is a Registered Psychotherapist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from Queen’s University, followed by a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Hannah works with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, self-esteem difficulties, and interpersonal difficulties.
She is passionate about using her skills to help people feel more empowered in their own lives. Hannah strives to use an empathic, warm and non-judgmental approach, in order to build a positive therapeutic relationship. She provides an integrative and strengths-based approach to therapy and utilizes various treatment modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
