Sarah Saeed, RP is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, offering over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional challenges and life transitions. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.

Sarah works with adults and adolescents, helping clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, parenting challenges, and relational stress. She is known for her warm, grounded, and non-judgmental presence, creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.

Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, EMDR, and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT)—techniques she uses regularly to support healing from trauma, distressing memories, and sleep-related difficulties.
