Natacha Duke, M.A, R.P.
Natacha Duke is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She received her Master’s of Counselling Psychology from McGill University. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from York University.
Natacha has 15 years of diverse counselling experience. She has held counselling positions at both the University of Toronto and York University, and provided motor vehicle accident assessments and treatment.
Natacha provides individual therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, self-esteem issues and relationship problems. She has a special interest in working with young adults.
Natacha also provides smoking cessation counselling and has earned a Certificate in Intensive Tobacco Cessation Counselling through University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Her approach to counselling draws on several treatment models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques.
